Our bread and butter so to speak.  We are well versed in handling all full cycle bookkeeping whether you are an incorporated business or a sole proprietorship.  We'll spend the time to review your operations and ensure we have all relevant information and documents required to provide you the most accurate financial picture.  Depending on your needs we can provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.  We will use these reports to monitor where you've been, where you're at currently and help you to forecast where you're going.

PAYROLL

No matter how many employees you've got, we can handle all of your payroll needs.  From setting up your payroll remittance account if you're just starting off, to ensuring all CRA deductions are being completed with the most up to date payroll tax tables.  Add new employees, complete Record of Employments for employees no longer with your company, and yearly preparation of T4 slips in a timely fashion before the February 28th filing deadline.

GST Filing

Prompt completion of all interim quarterly financials so that your GST can be filed on time to avoid all interest and filing penalties.  We can provide e-filing confirmation and assist in any payments that may need to be made with a balance owing.  Included within your bookkeeping charge.

incorporation

We work with a reputable company trained in business law to incorporate all businesses.  We review your share structure, confirm listed shareholders and company information.  You will be provided with a full minute book will all proper documents required for any future meetings with your bank, lawyers or accountant professionals.  We are also able to complete all CRA Registration of accounts depending on your needs, corporate, GST and or payroll. 

PERSONAL TAX RETURNS

We have a solid understanding of all tax deductible items to guarantee you and your family are taken care of by filing accurately and promptly.   

CORPORATE TAX RETURNS

Let us complete your corporations yearly return, we work to ensure all required schedules are completed and submitted within your return.  We reconcile all fixed assets and include professional financial statements reflective of your T2 Filing.  We remain in good standing with the CRA and efile all returns so you have confirmation immediately for your peace of mind.  Included within the cost is all personal tax returns and T5 or T4 Slips for all shareholders of your company.

Bookkeeping per hour

Hours required depends on the size of your file, upon meeting we can try to do our best to estimate the time it might take us.  This can be influenced by how many bank accounts you have, the volume of your business activity, organization of receipts, credit cards and out of pocket expenses. 

corporate tax returns

This fee is determined by the needs of your company, how many shareholders and spousal T1 Returns will be needed, T4's or T5's, any T5018's (Construction Industry).  Lastly, if it is your first year since incorporation or if we will be picking up from your last year end completed by your previous accountant, it will affect the final cost.

Payroll
